All mistakes fixed (I hope and pray), and revised eBook and paperback submitted.

Finalized eBook formatting and submitted to KDP for publication! It’s fitting that it is on my daughter’s birthday. A day of delivery! Now to wait an agonizing 72 hours for KDP’s approval!
